Over 50 Years of Experience
Cincinnati Fastener was founded in 1971 by John C. and Linda Huetcher.
After serving his country as a Green Beret in the U.S. Army, John was
encouraged by Linda to start a business of their own. Together, they
built a small Mom-and-Pop fastener distribution company rooted in
integrity, hard work, and exceptional service.
In the mid-90s, their sons John and Eric Huetcher took over day-to-day
operations, carrying forward the mission with fresh energy and vision.
Over the past 30+ years, the company has grown steadily—earning new
business by staying true to core values: teamwork, dependability,
integrity, respect, and world-class customer service.
But the real driver of growth? Culture. By fostering a workplace that
values people just as much as performance, Cincinnati Fastener continues
